Customers may request a return or replacement within 7 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned in its original condition with all tags, labels, packaging, and accessories intact. Products that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing original packaging may not qualify for a return or refund.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly provide your order number along with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging. Our team will review your request and provide a suitable resolution as quickly as possible.
Once the returned product is received and successfully inspected, your refund will be processed. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. In some cases, processing time may vary.
For eligible exchanges, we will dispatch the replacement product after the returned item passes our quality inspection, subject to stock availability. If the requested size or product is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product or process a refund.
Please note that products purchased during special sales, clearance offers, or promotional discounts may not be eligible for return or refund unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
